How fast is a proof?
First proofs are usually ready within 1–2 business days once we receive complete wording, photographs and service details. We confirm your deadline before work begins. Same-day or next-day rush proofs may be available for an additional fee; please ask before placing an order.
Who approves the proof—the funeral home or the family?
Either can approve it. We agree on one final approver at the start, whether that is your funeral home or a designated family member. Two rounds of revisions are included, and printing begins only after final approval.
Can the program carry our funeral home’s name?
Yes. White-label options can include your funeral home’s name and branding. Share your logo and preferences before design begins. White-label presentation is available at no extra design fee for established partners.
What if the photo is low quality?
Send the original, highest-resolution file you have, rather than a screenshot when possible. Denee will review it and recommend a suitable size, crop or alternative photograph. We’ll discuss any quality concerns before printing; missing image detail cannot always be restored.
What is included in the package price, and what is extra?
Printed package estimates include personalized design, two rounds of revisions, printing and print coordination for the listed quantity. Shipping is quoted separately. Matching prayer cards are included in the combined program-and-prayer-card package; otherwise they are an additional service. Rush service, different paper or finishing, and quantity changes may affect your quote.
Your written quote confirms the size, paper, quantity and total before work begins. Design-only pricing covers print-ready files and does not include printing or shipping.
Is there a minimum or a contract?
You can order one program design at a time, with no ongoing contract or recurring-order commitment. Printing minimums depend on the selected format and printer and will be confirmed in your quote.
